We aim to provide quality consultancy services in the fields of food safety and health & safety at work.

The consultancy is managed by a highly qualified and experienced Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner, specialising in food safety and health & safety disciplines. In addition FSM makes use of trusted and experienced associate consultants, when ever necessary.

We have more than 18 years experience of food safety and health & safety law enforcement for Inner London Authorities and Authorities in the South East . That experience has also included a significant period at supervisory / managerial level. In addition we have significant experience of providing consultancy support services to private industry.
